Order & paid almost a month ago and still haven’t received my product

I ordered this item almost a month ago and was charged for it, but still haven’t received it. I have emailed several times about when my item will be shipped with no response from the company. This was supposed to be a gift for my son’s birthday and I am extremely disappointed that I haven’t received it or been able to get a hold of anyone at the company.

No booklet or information

The first box I purchased came with a great informational booklet. So I purchased a different box. No booklet in the second box or any kind of informational material. In addition no response to my email about this issue. Totally disappointed and will not be purchasing again from Boley. Do not recommend

Great Set

My grandson loved these creatures. They look realistic. The only down side was they didn't come with a booklet. I previously purchase the shark set and that came with a booklet so you could identify the name of each shark. This one did not so we can't tell him the name of each whale. Still a great set and I'm sure I'll purchase again when these are lost.
