We have purchased numerous collections from Boley and have never had an issue. I'm not sure if this time the issue was due to the pandemic or not, but I ordered the sharks over a week before my son's shark birthday party and selected the "2-3 day shipping", which cost an additional $8.99, in the hope that I would have it before his party. The product did not arrive until three days after his party. I called customer service numerous times and never got through.
